At our advanced test centre, we subject our and your products to various tests and measurements. Reliability is achieved by measuring and collecting data. This is how we check whether our magnets and magnet systems meet the promised specifications. In consultation, we develop a customized magnet system if necessary.
All the test results from the test centre are fed into a database which now contains many years' worth of valuable test data and real-world information. This database is growing by the day and serves as important input for product optimization of our magnetic systems. This knowledge enables us to develop more precisely what is needed and provide you with more detailed advice.

Magnetic recycling & sorting

Especially for the recycling industry, the test centre includes a complete set-up of magnets and eddy current separators for recycling. Here, for example, you will find not only our eddy current separators and vibratory feeders but also robust magnetic separators and magnetic drum separators, head pulleys and overband magnetic separators, and combinations thereof. This allows our experts to test bulk samples of all your materials, from coarse to very fine.
