Sheet separators - neodymium
Neodymium sheets separators are the solution to separate steel sheets that adhere strongly together due to oil or burrs. Neodymium is a very powerful magnetic material that in some cases can even separate sheets thicker than 4 mm. You can combine various sheets separators for a stronger separation.

Application of neodymium sheet separators
Sheet separators, constructed with neodymium (NdFeB) magnets, are permanently magnetic. They are suitable for sheets of <1.4 to 3.5 mm thick and a stacking height of 45 to 370 mm. The magnetic field automatically forces the sheets apart and separates them one by one from the stack below. Even when they are stuck together due to oil. When the upper sheet is removed, the next one rises immediately.
Neodymium sheet separators have a steel or stainless steel housing. These sheet separators are easy and quick to install and they do not require an energy supply. You can easily place them on a pallet or welding table and thus easily separate your sheet metal.
Connection/Commissioning
Permanent magnetic sheet separators are very easy to install. Once they have been measured and positioned in the right place, they do their job flawlessly: positioning sheet material simply and targeted or presenting it for further processing. Please note: this type of sheet separator with a permanent magnetic field is always ‘on’.

Working principle
Permanent magnetic sheet separators are available in various sizes. Depending on the size, longer or shorter magnets are incorporated. Due to the fact that the sheet metal is temporarily magnetically charged, the sheets repel each other. Since the strength of the magnet is the same over the entire length, this always happens with the same force. This way, permanent sheet separators do their work very predictably.
