Sheet separators - neodymium
Neodymium sheet separators are powerful and have a compact design. They are mainly suited for the separation of oiled, sticky or perforated sheets.

Operation of neodymium sheet separators
The magnetic field automatically forces the sheets apart and separates them. When the upper sheet is removed, the next one rises immediately.
To prevent malfunctions in fully automated production processes we recommend the use of a number of extra sheet separators.
Corner installation
For optimum results, it is best to place two sheet separators at the corner(s) of stacks of large steel sheets.

Installation across from each other
Sheet separators placed across from each other ensure that the sheets begin to ‘float’.

Single-piece installation
For small sheets, it is best to place the sheet separator in the middle of the shortest side.
